Axgard 3mm Opal UV Protect Polycarbonate Sheet – All Sizes

Axgard Solid Polycarbonate Sheets are a solid, reliable, and light substitute to glass. These sheets offer a high degree of strength required for protection against elements whilst also providing a safe glazing solution. UV protected on both faces with an additional safety layer, make these Axgard Solid Polycarbonate sheets fit for various roofing applications, especially when working with conservatories.

Axgard is also used in multiple other applications, for instance, bike shelters and balcony screens. These sheets are created from a high-quality polycarbonate that makes them up to 200 times stronger than glass, virtually unbreakable and considerably risk-free. The additional layer protects from degradation caused by the sun and prevents discolouring, which is a common issue with normal plastic glazing.

Axgard Opal is durable and long-lasting without any compromise on their appearance in the years to come. With its opal glaze, this shatterproof sheet enhances privacy besides maintaining nearly 30% of the light transmission as the transparent sheet. These sheets also offer higher shading and insulation properties. Axgard Opal is manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 12mm, i.e., the largest range of standard sheet sizes of Axgard Opal product type globally. The variety offers a full range of options you can choose from to replace your existing glass or solid plastic sheets.
