Novia Black+ Ultra DIY Kit

Novia Ultra + is an entry-grade, versatile, dual approved and ultra-low cost breather membrane for use in pitched cold and warm roofs, and insulated wall applications. The material meets EN 13859-1 for pitched roofing and EN 13859-2 for walls.

The product has good water resistance, high breathability, and is lightweight and easy to handle. Novia Ultra + is coloured grey on one side and white on the other, but with no text or images on either side, except a 150mm overlap line. For higher specification applications, please refer to Novia Black or Novia Reflex breather membranes.

Novia Ultra + has been introduced to comply with new mandatory CE marking requirements, introduced under the 2013 Construction Products Regulations. Under this new European directive, all products covered by a current hEN must comply with the new standard. Third party accreditation alone is no longer suitable. All breathable membrane products manufactured after the implementation date in July 2013 must conform to the new CPR standard.
