Profloor Excel Deck 31 Hi-Load 2400mm x 600mm x 31mm

Profloor Excel Deck 31 is a shallow profile overlay board comprising a resilient layer bonded to flooring grade, tongue and groove chipboard. Utilising a uniquely constructed, thermally bonded, non-woven material with innovative, vertically oriented fibres (VOF), this resilient layer provides enhanced acoustic performance over typical non-wovens. This, combined with a minimal impact on floor to ceiling height, makes Profloor Excel Deck 31 ideally suited to refurbishment or conversion projects.

• Compression under normal loadings: Standard Deck to be no more than 1-2mm, Hi Load Deck to be no more than 1-2mm

• Refurb Compliance: suitable for improving the impact sound reduction between existing separating floors
• Timber or Concrete Floor: to be suitable for use in timber and concrete floors
